We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with original attached tags and original receipt. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style.

How Do I Make an Exchange or Refund?
You do not need to Email us , all what you need to do is to follow the instruction bellow:

  • We will grant you a full refund minus shipping & handling & 15% restocking fees for returns received within 10 days of arrival of your package. Or you could be granted a full exchange minus shipping & handling fee that will be deducted from total.

For returns:
Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address provided to you in the contact page. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid minus shipping and 15% restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

What if I lost my receipt?
  • You can always go back to your account, log in and print your receipt. Feel free to give us a call to assist you in this matter.  
  • If you still return your items without a receipt, we will issue a merchandise exchange for the sales selling price value minus shipping & handling fees.

  • PLEASE NOTE: there is a 15% restocking fee for returns
  • A full refund in the original form of payment will be issued for unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with original tags attached to it minus shipping & handling & 15% restocking fees.
  • Please note that all partial returns are exchange only and the refund will be placed on Damaceen customer's account. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your account and you will be infomed by email once we do so.
  • Please note that all full purchase returns will be refunded and will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return for a package not properly sealed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item has visible stains or odors, this includes perfume odors
  • We do not refund for garments with tassels, beads or ornamented items once they have been worn and they come off
  • There are no refunds/exchanges for under scarf, posters, pillow covers, hijab pins and some items not mentioned.
  • All clearance items can not be refunded or exchanged. All sales are final.
  • We are not responsible for USPS leaving packages outside your home. The deliverer may choose to leave your package at your door. Items are not insured unless you do so yourself. Therefore, we do not refund/or send a replacement for items left at your door or lost. Please contact your post office.

Furniture Return Policy:

Our return policy is 15% restocking fee (pending inspection) plus the actual inbound and outbound shipping. The actual shipping charge will be applied to any product regardless of the Free Shipping promotion. The products have to be in the original packaging and in brand new condition. Please contact us at 1-800-208-1008 for authorization prior to returning any items.

Cancellation Policy

  • If we are able to cancel your order before it is processed by our warehouses (normally within 24 hours from the time you ordered), there would not be a charge for the cancellation. Otherwise 15% restocking fee will apply. If the order has been shipped out from our warehouse, please see our return policy. Therefore, if you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-208-1008. 

  • The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. 
  • Damaceen.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.
  • Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with us.

Inspecting Item During Delivery

  • Please INSPECT the cartons (packaging) of your new furniture upon delivery of your order.
  • If you notice any slight damage to the packaging that you think might not affect the furniture, please MARK it in the receipt or bill of lading with a clear description of the nature of the damage.
  • If the cartons are severely damaged, please refuse the shipment and make a notation on the freight bill that there were visible damages.
  • Your signature on the receipt is your acknowledgment that your merchandise is satisfactory and delivered as ordered.
  • In the event that you order arrives damaged or if you have any concerns regarding any aspects of the delivery, please contact us immediately at 1-800-208-1008 for on-site resolution.
  •  Please note that you do need to inspect the boxes when receiving the merchandise. If the box is damaged and it is not noted on the delivery receipt, we will not be responsible to replace or fix the merchandise.

Claim Resolution

  • It is your responsibility as the consumer to inspect each of the packages BEFORE signing for the delivery.
  • See the section about Inspecting Item During Delivery for further information. 

  • For any issue, we will request some pictures of the issues (either digital or printed copy) as well as the detail description of the issue in order to evaluate the extent of the issue and formulate the solution.
  • Based on the extent of the issue, we reserve the right to replace only certain parts.

Warranty

  • All the furniture that we sell are brand new and carry the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Most of the manufacturer warranty however is only limited warranty that does not cover any wear and tear. That being said, please report any defect or issues within 10 days of receiving the furniture.

Commercial Use

Unless mentioned otherwise, the furniture sold on our site is certified for residential use only.

Assembly

  • Most of the items that we sell are mostly assembled and usually only require minor and easy assembly.
  • All screws and other hardware are included in the boxes along with detailed instructions on how to assemble the piece. Please check with us if you need assembly info on specific items.

Color Matching

All photos on our website have been color matched with the actual product. How these photos display on any individual monitor and output from any printer can vary widely based on the different settings and external conditions. Regard any color printout as merely a color estimate rather than a true color match.
